President & Rector

Apostle Amb. Fred Adegoke Ademo is the Founder, President, and Rector of NextGEN International Leadership College. He is a distinguished Christian leader, educator, leadership trainer, author, and conference speaker dedicated to raising apostolic leaders and empowering ministers globally. His passion is centered on leadership development, theological education, ministry training, and transformational impact within the Body of Christ.

He also serves as the Senior Pastor of Life Gospel Christian Mission (LGCM) and the Founding President of Hope Arise International Missionary Foundation (HAIM Foundation), a humanitarian and faith-based organization committed to educational support, community development, leadership empowerment, missionary outreach, and humanitarian relief.

With many years of ministry and leadership experience, Apostle Ademo has trained church leaders, pastors, missionaries, and emerging leaders through conferences, seminars, leadership institutes, and mentoring programs. His vision is to equip men and women with biblical knowledge, practical leadership skills, and spiritual empowerment for effective ministry and global influence.

As a passionate advocate for Christian education and leadership excellence, he established NextGEN International Leadership College to provide quality theological and leadership training for a new generation of kingdom leaders. Through his teaching and mentorship, he continues to inspire individuals to discover their divine purpose, maximize their God-given potential, and make a lasting impact in their communities and nations.
