Apostle Amb. Fred Adegoke Ademo is the founder, President, and Rector of NextGEN International Leadership College. He is a Christian leader, educator, leadership trainer, and conference speaker dedicated to raising apostolic leaders and empowering ministers globally. His passion is centered on leadership development, theological education, ministry training, and transformational impact in the body of Christ.

Apostle Ambassador Dr. Jones Kevin is an American missionary, international speaker, and passionate Christian leader dedicated to global leadership development, missions, and humanitarian outreach. With years of experience in ministry and international relations, he has impacted lives across different nations through leadership training, mentorship, and community development initiatives.

As the International Adviser of NextGen International Leadership College, Ambassador Dr. Jones Kevin brings valuable global experience, spiritual insight, and strategic leadership support to the institution’s vision of raising transformational leaders for worldwide impact.

Pastor (Dr) Faith Ademo serves as the Dean of the Faculty of Christian Leadership at NextGEN International Leadership College. She is a passionate Christian leader, educator, mentor, and conference speaker dedicated to raising godly leaders with integrity, wisdom, and spiritual maturity.

With a strong commitment to leadership development, discipleship, and ministerial empowerment, Pastor (Dr) Faith Ademo plays a vital role in equipping students with biblical knowledge, practical leadership skills, and spiritual understanding necessary for effective service in ministry and society.

She is deeply passionate about mentoring emerging leaders, encouraging spiritual growth, and building a generation of believers who are committed to excellence, character, and transformational impact. Through teaching, counseling, leadership training, and personal mentorship, she continues to inspire students to discover their purpose and fulfill their God-given assignments.

Opadere oversees the administrative operations of the college, ensuring effective coordination of academic records, admissions processes, institutional policies, and student services.
